The JPVT Academy progression pyramid was designed in order to continuously challenge and motivate our players to improve by moving up the pyramid. We believe in placing each player in the right group to provide a competitive environment for the development of the player. At the JPVT Academy, players are placed by skill level and maturity not by age.
